Escape the crowds and step into the rhythm of a true Tuscan afternoon.

Forget the rushed, standing-room-only tastings. We invite you to a seated, intimate, and deeply personal journey through the flavors of Tuscany, hosted in the heart of the historic center. This is not a lunch—it is a cadenced tasting experience where time slows down, and every glass tells a story.

Over the course of 1.5 to 2 hours, you will be guided through a curated selection of premium wines. Instead of receiving all your glasses at once, we will serve them in “waves”, leaving you time to savor each wine before moving onto the next. Each wine is presented at your table alongside a traditional, hand-crafted Tuscan “bite” designed to complement and elevate the pour.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING HIGHLIGHTS

  • Your tasting will be hosted in the secret cellar of the 14th century Palazzo Libri, which is underneath the restaurant. As you arrive take note of the building which still has evidence of not one, but two, wine windows.
  • The ambience is both rustic and eclectic creating an intimate setting where you can relax away from the hectic streets of the city.
  • Your tasting experience will introduce you not only to some of Tuscany’s best and most typical wines but also to some of its finest food specialties.

  • Authentic Flavors: From our signature EVOO to tastings of Pappa al Pomodoro and artisanal cheeses, every bite is a tribute to our heritage.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  • Tasting of three – five wines from different areas of Tuscany
  • Each wine will be paired with a Tuscan tasting plate (each plate will introduce you to one of Tuscany’s traditional dishes or products)
  • Taste some of Chianti’s best extra virgin olive oil
  • Explanations of each wine, their origin and characteristics
  • Water & coffee
